• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy

1. Due to hygiene and personal care standards, returns/exchanges are available only for selected cases.
2. Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, leaking, or expired
• The wrong item was delivered

1. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our official return address.
2. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the situation.

Refund Policy

1. Refund requests will be accepted in case of:

• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing item in a combo order

1. Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return

1. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
2. Items with broken seals, used content, or tampered packaging will not be accepted.
3. Products returned without original packaging, labels, or invoice will not be eligible.
4. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return window (refer product page) will not be accepted.
