9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us via email from your registered email ID to cancel.

To serve customers efficiently in both the USA and India, Grace’s Vie Saine uses region-specific secure payment gateways:
- For USA customers: We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards using secure SSL-encrypted checkout systems.
- For Indian customers: We accept payments through Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, and major Indian debit/credit cards.
All transactions are processed securely and in compliance with local data protection and financial regulations. We do not store or have access to your full payment information at any time.
11. Shipping & Delivery
- Customers can select their preferred shipping method, unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
- Once shipped, address and recipient information cannot be changed.
- Please accept deliveries only if the outer packaging is intact.
- Delivery will be attempted up to three times. After that, re-shipping fees will apply.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other posted policies, the more specific policy or notice shall govern.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Grace’s Vie Saine operates and sells products in both the United States and India. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the country in which the purchase is made:
- For orders placed within the United States, the laws of New York, USA will govern, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.
- For orders placed within India, the laws of India will apply, and disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in the competent courts of Tamilnadu, India.
15. Disputes
In case of any dispute, you agree to first contact Grace’s Vie Saine to resolve the matter amicably. Legal remedies are limited to actual damages and may not exceed the transaction amount in question.
